Continuing the temple tour...
The 3 of us were not keen on listening to the tour guide's explanation of the history of the place and we were exploring the place ourselves.

Ancient structures

Turtles with blocks of names

Photo before leaving

On the boat trip back to the town

Sepia shot

Zoomed in on a mini temple on top of a cliff

A structure amidst the greenery
We reached the small town and had a toilet break before boarding on the minibus back to Hanoi.

Vietnamese signboard
We took the long bus ride back and stopped at a silk factory along the way. It was not the first time i have been to a silk farm and i knew the silk making process roughly already.

Cocoons

Silk weaving machine

Our tour guide showing us many of the famous people who came and visited the farm

Silk shop (I got myself a red silk tie for US$5, if i remember correctly)
We headed back to Hanoi soon after and it was sunset.

Peak hour time with throngs of motorbikes

A hip restaurant and bar with affordable prices to us but we were dressed most casually inside
A tiring day but it is definitely good exercise.
End of Part 4 (2.30 pm to 10 pm)
