Movie Day

Gs visited my hall today since it's NUS's term break of 4 days. Actually he wanted to study here but didn't accomplish much with the 3 of us around. Originally planned to watch Be With Me but it's not showing at Jurong Point so we watched Cinderella Man instead.

It's quite a good movie with some intense and realistic boxing matches. Renee Zellweger gives a knock-out of a performance as James' supportive wife and Russell Crowe delivers his goods as usual. Although the filming style is rather conventional, the story is based on a true life account and packs an emotional punch. It is without a doubt an effective inspirational story.

Cleaned up my messy room after nearly 2 months without sweeping or mopping the floor. Looks much tidier after i swept and hand-mopped the floor, rearranged the things on the table, etc.
