Extracted from an email from the subject coordinators of Flight Dynamics on the exam location

"From experience we know that many students do not show up for the exam. We therefore believe that the first location will be large enough."

I fully understand why many students do not show up for the exam. But of course, all of us from NTU will be showing up for the exam despite our pessimism for it.
