Had another cake cutting ceremony at home with my family. 1 year older at 24 years old. It sounds quite old doesn't it?

Went to AMK Jack's Place to have lunch with my uni friends for YS and my birthday celebration.
Met up with my jc friends and had dinner at Pow Sing Restaurant in Serangoon Gardens. Went to a dessert shop next to chit chat.
Wednesday
Thanks to the Delft gang for celebrating my birthday in advance. It was the first time i had a pizza cutting ceremony.
Thanks to Kian Shing for the Sakura buffet treat on Monday and thanks to Kok Sheng for the ktv treat on Saturday.
Went to the Career and Investment fairs at Suntec with Qy and Ys but did not find them useful at all. The Tang Bazaar beside was better as i got myself some shirts at discounted prices.
We chanced upon the "Spiderman" scaling the wall of Suntec Tower 1 and watched the climbing for some time.
Been lazy to update my blog lately as there are so many overseas photos yet to be uploaded.
Anyway a summary of events over the first week of school is as follows...
It had been more than 6 months since i last ktv'ed' and yesterday was a marathon indeed. 8 hours of ktv with 1 hour of break in between.
It felt so good to let loose the vocals and sing some of the songs that i really like. But I can't sing too many rock songs next time or else my voice will be croaking the next day.
My short-lived holiday in Singapore has come to an end as school is starting tomorrow.
Year 4 will be a tough year to endure through but it will also be the last year of studying.
Been meeting up with my uni friends and jc friends the past 2 days.
Watched The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor and The Dark Knight, and I really enjoyed the latter.
Haven't watched a single movie over in Europe and it was good to immerse myself into the world of movies again.
The Dark Knight is simply thrilling, engaging and well-acted by the leads, especially Heath Ledger as the psychotic, manipulative and sadistic joker. It succeeds not just as a comic book adaptation but as a crime saga that is dark, intense and riveting. Brilliant direction from Christopher Nolan and fabulous action sequences make The Dark Knight a superb Hollywood blockbuster. Highly recommended.

My deepest condolences to Fuli and his family. Went to his father's wake just now and hope that he will get over the ordeal soon.
