Leiden Day Trip (9 Feb 08, Sat) (Part 6)

We walked over to another National Museum which is Rijksmuseum voor Volkenkunde (National Museum of Ethnology).

Finally out in the sun after being inside the museum for 2.5 hrs

Experimenting a sepia shot

Leiden is a nice town

Street

Small canal beside Rijksmuseum voor Volkenkunde

Tree

Posters outside National Museum of Ethnology

The entrance of Rijksmuseum voor Volkenkunde

Using our museumkaart, it is free entry and we had only half an hour to view the national museum before it closes. I was brisk walking from sections to sections to cover all the sections and take several pictures. So pardon my lack of understanding of some of the stuff that i took.

Nepalese?

The museum is rather dimly lit

In Middle East?

Cloth from Africa i suppose

Model houses

Ancient figures

Cultural items from Indonesia i suppose
