Vietnam Day 11: Hanoi to Hoa Lu (Part 1)

As we heard that the Hoa Lu - Tam Coc day tour is better than the Perfume Pagoda day tour from the Vietnamese who sat with us during the boat ride, we decided to book the Hoa Lu - Tam Coc day trip for US$15 per pax.

Hoa Lu was the capital city of Vietnam under the Dinh Dynasty between 968 and 980 AD and ancient sanctuaries and tombs can still be seen today.
